Welcome to the Virgin Islands Cycling Federation. Our main goals are to:

• Coordinate and develop activity in the U.S. Virgin Islands directly relating to the sport of cycling
• Exercise exclusive jurisdiction over the sport of cycling in the U.S. Virgin Islands. 
• Oversea representation in international competitions
• Promote and encourage public participation in cycling
• Assist organizations and individuals concerned with sports in the development of cycling training
• Conduct athletic competition in cycling including a full calendar of events, territorial championships and establish procedures for determining eligibility standards for international competitions
